Okay, this is what happens every time a solicitor comes to my front door. The dog starts barking uncontrollably, the baby wakes up and starts crying, and I start screaming obscenities (in my head). "No, I don't want any magazine subcriptions! I just want a half hour of peace, so I can take a shower!"

After seeing some fun No Soliciting signs on Etsy, I decided to come up with a subway-like sign that works for my family. I thought some of you might want to use it or use it as inspiration for your own. You can find the PDF file on our Freebies page.

I found an old photo frame, and gave it a nice coat of cherry red paint. I hung it outside our door and haven't had an unwanted ring since! The neighbors who stop by have been getting a kick out of it too.
