I was crazy for smoothies while I was pregnant. They're cold, delicious, filling, and fast to make. This is a simple and healthy recipe that even my two year old loves to drink.
1/2 fresh banana
1/3 cup frozen mango cubes (about 5-6 one inch cubes)
1/3 cup frozen berries (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
the juice of one small-medium orange
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Makes about 10 ounces of smoothie!
