A day dedicated to that soda shop staple, the root beer float? Oh, yes. And with good reason. Floats are creamy, sweet, foamy glassfuls of goodness.

Some people are beer purists. Each beer type has a special glass. The idea of putting a lemon in anything but a Hefeweizen is tantamount to treason. Confusing with an IPA with an ESB is as crazy as saying you have ESP in your IPO.
